Then this job is for you, LuxConnect is looking for a Junior Sales Representative for the Sales Team and will give you the opportunity to develop your skills.
Main responsibilities
- Support the sales team by efficiently managing their daily administrative tasks, including handling contracts, generating reports, creating presentations, and managing calendars.
- Oversee office tasks, such as organizing and archiving customer contracts, and generating comprehensive reports.
- Transcribe meeting minutes from customer meetings to ensure accurate documentation.
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, resolving conflicts, and addressing customer complaints promptly.
- Conduct sales presentations and actively contribute to pre-sales initiatives, escorting prospective customers through data center tours.
- Take ownership of diverse requests to enhance the company’s reputation and contribute to its success.
- Stay informed about the company’s products and services, continuously updating knowledge.
- Engage in educational opportunities, read professional publications, and actively participate in professional organizations.
- Foster personal networks and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Main requirements
- Strong time management and organizational skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality, particularly in handling contracts and sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet deadlines.
- Proven negotiation skills with experience in handling commercially sensitive negotiations, especially with international customers.
- Multilingual proficiency in French, English. knowledge of Luxembourgish and/or German and other languages is considered as an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
