LuxConnect publishes its 2025-2026 CSR Report
At LuxConnect, we believe that economic growth and sustainability are correlated, and as a fully state-owned company, our mission is to maximize our positive impact to drive our entire business forward.
This year was a major step forward in our sustainability journey. We celebrated our 10 years of CSR engagement, calculated for the third time our carbon footprint – including all three scopes –, renewed our ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 certifications, realized INDR’s CSR label self-assessment and will undergo the final audit on November 16th.
We also continued the construction on our new office building, which is designed to minimize embodied carbon during construction, and achieve net-zero operational emissions.
Our next commitments will include conducting a customer satisfaction survey, focusing on the downstream activities of our value chain, fostering our Human Rights engagement by training employees, realizing new Human Rights audit and reviewing our risk analysis. Moreover, we will conduct a Life Cycle Analysis to better understand our impact on the upstream of our value chain.
These accomplishments and upcoming goals reflect how deeply involved we are in our sustainability engagements, and our dedication to continually enhance our environmental and social impact.
