Luxembourg – March 21th, 2017 About a dozen new signatories of the Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg, among which LuxConnect, were welcomed during the 7th official signature session held in the City of Luxembourg.
The Diversity Charter Lëtzebuerg is a binding text submitted for signature to Luxembourg companies for them to promote diversity through specific actions extending beyond the legal and regulatory non-discrimination obligations.
By signing this Charta, LuxConnect takes one step further in the direction of becoming a socially responsible company and commits to implement a policy promoting equal opportunity and diversity.
Numerous studies have shown that proactive management of diversity is truly beneficial for a company. Indeed, the fact to acknowledge the potential arising from the diversity of its staff contributes to the economic success of the company.
By this LuxConnect is joining 157 other companies in Luxembourg, which already adhered to this principle at an earlier stage.
