HR Officer (m/f)

LuxConnect is looking for a an experienced HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop the company’s employees.

He will report to the CEO of the company.

The main responsibilities

• Provide HR support and assistance in recruitment process across LuxConnect and its affiliated companies;

• Coordinate recruitments and selection process;

• Draft contracts of new recruits;

• Administer on- and offboarding of employees;

• Ensure proper record-keeping of employee information;

• Liaise with external partners such as insurance companies and payroll trusteeship;

• Coordinate education programs of employees

The main requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant field;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position;

• Thorough knowledge of the Luxembourg Labour Code;

• Proficient in MS Office. Experience with HRMS is a plus;

• Multilingual in French and English. Luxembourgish or German would be considered an advantage;

• People oriented, results driven and strong ethics.
