LuxConnect is looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take the lead of the company and to ensure an excellent customer experience.
We are searching for a leader for the existing teams, able to translate strategies into concrete plans and actions with the existing teams. The ideal candidate needs to be able to manage reorganization and complexity related to the public environment.
The goal of the CEO position is to secure the functionality of business and to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
It is a full-time position, based in Bettembourg, and will be governed by an open-end contract in compliance with the Labour code of Luxembourg.
The main responsibilities are:
- To implement the strategies of the board;
- To report to the board;
- To oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Risk, Procurement, HR);
- To set comprehensive goals for performance and growth;
- To drive the company’s capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals;
- To establish policies that promote company culture and vision;
- To evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;
- To delegate responsibilities to ensure staff members grow;
- To employ various initiatives to coach employees and be an innovation driver with track records in transformations and change management throughout the whole organization;
- To be the person of contact to spread the company’s expertise and values outside the firm.
The main expectations to be successful in this role:
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration (MBA), or Engineering;
- At least 10 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, and general management;
- Management experience in the IT and telecommunication sectors is an advantage;
- Skilled negotiator with outstanding personal presentation and integrity, coupled with the ability to persuade with diplomacy;
- Excellent at relationship building, with strong personal credibility and a clear focus on the needs of the company’s staff;
- Easily approachable leader, with a reputation for flexibility, availability, reliability and adaptability;
- Professional efficiency in English, French and German. Fluency in Luxembourgish is a strong asset.
