LuxConnect is looking for an Account Manager to enforce its Sales team. He will report to the Head of Sales.
The main responsibilities
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customers and build, maintain a strong, long-term relationships with them;
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvements to grow revenues;
• Negotiate contracts, close agreements to maximize profits and ensure the execution of the contractual work and documentation;
• Ensure in collaboration with the Operations’ teams the timely and successfully delivery of the company’s solutions according to customer needs;
• Participate in trainings and read professional publications;
• Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly sales results + annual forecasts).
The main requirements
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
• Proven sales experience (min. 5 years);
• Drive for results and able to meet deadlines;
• Skilled negotiator with experience in handling commercially sensitive negotiations with international customers;
• Multilingual in French and English. Luxembourgish would be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent communication skills.
