LuxConnect provides its services in a B2B environment under a strict wholesale model. Its customer base is made up exclusively of telecom operators, system integrators, hosting and SaaS companies, with no end-users. Given its mission, LuxConnect cannot be a competitor to the key ICT players in Luxembourg.
The services from LuxConnect are offered in a strictly neutral and non-discriminatory way: identical pricing and support are provided to customers accessing the same product or service under matching conditions.
